About This Machine

The Tunnel Breader is designed for breading strip and stick-shaped food products using fresh breadcrumbs. By mimicking the hand-wrapping and pressing action, the machine achieves uniform all-round coating on all four sides of the product, resulting in a tight, full coating. Available as a standalone unit or as part of a battering & breading production line.
