The Dip-Battering Machine fully submerges food products in the batter tank for complete, uniform batter coverage on all surfaces. An SUS304 stainless steel air knife at the exit provides adjustable airflow to remove excess batter and support consistent coating weight.

Full-immersion coating gives complete, uniform surface coverage with fewer missed spots. Adjustable SUS304 stainless steel air knife at the exit evenly removes excess batter, minimizing batter waste. Ice slots on the exterior of the batter tank keep batter at low temperature to maintain batter stability.

Three effective width options (600mm, 800mm, 1000mm) to match different capacity requirements. Integrates with pre-dusters and breaders to form a complete automated line. Full stainless steel construction — hygienic, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
