Automatic Forming Machine

The Automatic Forming Machine is engineered for food processing applications, providing efficient and consistent forming for round, square, ring-shaped, and various customized product shapes. With its quick-release mold design, the machine allows fast product changeovers by simply replacing the mold, making cleaning and operation more convenient. One-button automatic startup improves ease of use in daily production. The room-temperature forming process requires no liquid nitrogen freezing. Compared with frozen punch-press forming, it is closer to hand-made processing, helping reduce energy and labor costs while better retaining the natural texture and taste of the raw materials.

Quick-release molds allow fast changeovers and effortless cleaning. Drum-press forming gives uniform thickness and consistent weight within the same product profile.

Feed speed, forming pressure, product thickness dimensions, and output speed are each independently adjustable. Product thickness can be adjusted independently within the same mold profile. Multi-slot process parameter memory enables quick recipe switching between products. Production count is automatically recorded for easy production management.

Multiple sensors monitor key positions throughout the machine, supporting production stability and equipment safety. Automatic tray position recognition improves finished product yield. Intuitive operation — straightforward even for new staff.

Suitable for forming potato cakes, shrimp cakes, beef patties, croquettes, pumpkin cakes, surimi cakes, and other food products.
