About This Machine

The Electric Thawing Machine is engineered for surface thawing of frozen products prior to pre-dusting, battering, or breading. Using electric heating elements with hot air circulation, it delivers uniform surface thawing up to 170°C. The operator sets the target temperature according to their process requirements, and the system automatically regulates heating to maintain that temperature throughout production. Fully electric, it can be freely repositioned within the production process as needed.

Temperature range ambient to 170°C — the operator sets the target temperature per their process requirements, and the system automatically regulates heating to hold that value. VFD-controlled belt speed (2~15m/min) adapts flexibly to different product thawing time requirements.
