About This Machine

The Steam Thawing Machine uses upper and lower steam distribution pipes to deliver uniform surface thawing of frozen products. Even thawing helps increase product yield. The operator sets the target temperature according to their process requirements, and the system automatically regulates steam input to maintain that temperature. An external steam supply with steam pipework connection is required.

Thawing Process

Upper and lower steam distribution pipes deliver simultaneous, uniform thawing on all product surfaces, helping to increase product yield. Belt speed 2~15m/min (VFD-controlled) for flexible thawing time adjustment. The operator sets the target temperature per their process requirements, and the system automatically regulates steam input to maintain it.

Hygiene & Maintenance

Full SUS304 stainless steel construction — corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Three width options (600mm, 800mm, 1000mm). Customer to provide steam source.

Applications

Suitable for surface thawing of frozen products prior to pre-dusting, battering, or breading.
