About This Machine

The Drum Breader is designed for coating irregularly shaped food products with fine powders such as karaage flour, wheat flour, and starch. Suitable for squid heads, squid rings, squid claws, chicken strips, diced chicken, diced meat, fish chunks, fish strips, and other irregularly shaped products. The rotating drum tumbles products through the powder for even all-round coating.

Coating Features

Even powder coating with minimal waste — excess powder does not exit with the product, improving raw material utilization. Powder clumps generated during production are screened out and recovered separately, preventing them from exiting with finished product. Adjustable drum speed to suit different product requirements.
