Features of CO₂ Fire Extinguishing System

  • Automatically activates when oil or fryer temperature exceeds the safety threshold.
  • CO₂ suppression leaves no residue, so the line can resume production quickly after an incident.
  • Stainless steel housing withstands the high-temperature, high-humidity environment of a frying workshop.
  • Available in single-cylinder or dual-cylinder configurations, sized to match the fryer model.
  • Integrated with the fryer PLC — triggers shutdown and CO₂ release in one sequence.
  • Continuously monitors fryer oil temperature to detect abnormal temperature rise in real time.
  • Suited to lines without a dedicated kitchen fire suppression system, adding a safety backstop at the frying station.
  • Exhaust stack fitted with an electric fire damper that closes with the suppression sequence to stop fire spreading through the ductwork.

About This Machine

The CO₂ fire extinguishing system is built for fire safety on frying lines. It continuously monitors fryer oil temperature and automatically triggers a suppression response if a fire or overtemperature condition is detected. It is available in single-cylinder or dual-cylinder configurations depending on the size of the matched fryer.

Trigger Mechanism

The system continuously collects oil temperature data and compares it against a preset safety threshold. Once the threshold is exceeded, it activates automatically, releasing CO₂ into the frying chamber and cutting fryer power at the same time to prevent the incident from escalating.

Integrated Control

Wired directly into the fryer PLC system, it unifies temperature monitoring, power shutdown, and suppression activation into one coordinated sequence. The exhaust stack is fitted with an electric fire damper that closes in the same sequence, stopping fire from spreading through the ductwork and removing the risk of delayed manual response.

Applications

CO₂ suppression leaves no chemical residue, so cleanup after an incident is minimal and production can resume quickly. Especially recommended as a standard safety addition for frying lines without a dedicated kitchen suppression system.
