About This Machine

Sea cucumber is fed into the boiling pot after upstream cleaning. The PLC-controlled programme manages temperature, timing, and stirring automatically to support consistent cook quality.

After cooking, the product is automatically discharged to a brine conditioning cart or cooking trolley for the next stage of processing.
