About This Machine

The basket and crate washing machine is designed for cleaning plastic crates, plastic trays, stainless steel trays, and aluminium trays of all standard sizes. The line is divided into five zones — loading, main wash, rinse, unloading, and residue discharge. The main wash and rinse zones share an independent recirculating water system, with rinse water overflowing to top up the main wash tank to save water, while a filtered conveyor discharge continuously removes wash residue from the bottom. Wash speed and wash time are adjustable, and total power is approximately 10 kW. Equipment dimensions are customised to the customer's production line.
